MedCAREERS GROUP, INC. Secures Financing For Working Capital and Acquisition Target

Atlanta, GA – May 11, 2010 — MedCAREERS GROUP, Inc. (the "Company") (OTCBB: MCGI) MedCAREERS Group, Inc. today announced that it has secured loan financing for working capital and an additional amount adequate to close the previously announced nurse staffing company acquisition. The working capital portion of the loan is scheduled to fund Thursday May 13, 2010. No stock or other equity security will be issued in connection with this loan.
